Nebraska Advantage Transformational Tourism and Redevelopment Act
(Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77-1001 to 77-1035)
Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-1030 [Laws 2014, LB 851] requires a municipality to notify the Department of Revenue of any application certified under the Nebraska Advantage Transformational Tourism and Redevelopment Act on or before January 1 immediately following such certification. For any application certified under this section prior to July 17, 2014, the certifying municipality shall notify the Department of Revenue of such application on or before January 1, 2015.
If your city has certified a project application under the Nebraska Advantage Transformational Tourism and Redevelopment Act, please notify the Department of the project at rev.incentives@nebraska.gov.
