I received a balance due notice.  What are my options?

For garnishment assistance, to set up a payment plan, or for settlement requests, click on the menu options to the left to
learn more about each one.

In most situations, if you have received a balance due notice from the Nebraska Department of Revenue (DOR), you can
resolve the balance with the following options:

  1. Pay Entire Amount
  2. Pay the entire amount in 90 days making three equal installments 30 days apart.
  3. Pay Entire Amount in More than 90 Days up to a Maximum of 24 months (See Set Up Payment Plan menu option).
  4. Request an extended payment plan with a Hardship Request (See Set Up Payment Plan menu option).
