This regulation is currently undergoing review for amendment due to the decision in American Amusement Co. v Nebraska Department of Revenue (CI21‑177 Lancaster County District Court). Specifically, the Nebraska Department of Revenue is enjoined from enforcing provisions Reg‑54‑104.02C and 54‑104.02D.
Due to the need for statutory amendments to meet FBI requirements, until further notice, applicants seeking licensure will not be required to complete fingerprints in order to comply with §77-3002, §77-3003, and §77-3003.03.
