If Nebraska Department of Revenue (DOR) has levied either a bank account or wages and you would like to resolve your account with a payment agreement, please click here.
As soon as you have created an approved payment agreement, you will need to call 402-471-5729 and select 1 for Individuals, and select 3 for Collections to speak with the Collections staff to request a termination of a levy with your employer, or to seek assistance relating to a financial hardship.
