Financial Institution Data Match

Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77-3,120 to 77-3,127

The Nebraska Department of Revenue (DOR) has implemented the financial institution data match program. Nebraska Revised Statute 77-3,120 et seq. allows the DOR to develop a data match and exchange system with financial institutions to identify the accounts of tax debtors. The DOR contracted with Informatix, Inc. on December 16, 2025, to facilitate the data exchange. What does the financial institution need to do? 

  1. Complete the Financial Institution Data Match Agreement.
    A. Enter your financial institution’s name.
    B. Choose the method of data matching.
    C. Designate the week of each calendar quarter that your institution will send the data or perform the match.
    D. Provide contact information and mailing address designated to receive and process notice and release of levy.
    E. Someone authorized to bind the financial institution needs to sign the Financial Institution Data Match Agreement.
  2. Mail the original agreement to the address supplied by Informatix, Inc. 
  3. Contact Informatix at (866) 576-5986 to coordinate the data transfer or if you need the Financial Institution Data Match Agreement. Informatix’s staff can answer questions about the process.
