General Information
The purpose of the E-15 Access Standard Act (Act) is to increase consumer access to E-15 gasoline. This Act requires retailers of motor fuels to file a quarterly report with the Nebraska Department of Revenue that provides the number of gallons of each type of motor fuel sold and the percentage of ethanol in each gallon (LB562, Operative September 2, 2023).
The report will be electronically filed and due at the end of the following month, following the end of the quarter. Example: Quarter 1, January-March 2024 would be due April 30, 2024.
