Notice of Meetings

Meetings of the Nebraska Rent-Restricted Housing Projects Valuation Committee will be held on the following dates: November 5, November 12, and November 23, 2015 all beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Nebraska Department of Revenue in the Tax Commissioner’s Conference Room, Second Floor of the Nebraska State Office Building, 14th & M Streets, Lincoln, Nebraska.

The November 5th and 12th meetings will focus on reviewing statements from rent‑restricted housing owners. During the November 23rd meeting, capitalization rates will be adopted by the Committee and will be included in an annual report. The annual report will be forwarded by the Property Tax Administrator to each Nebraska county assessor no later than December 1, 2015. This annual report will be used by each county assessor when determining the valuation of rent‑restricted housing projects in Nebraska.
