Charitable Gaming Activity
April – June 2015

Dollars Wagered: Acting Tax Commissioner Leonard J. Sloup reported today that total dollars wagered on charitable gaming activities for April through June 2015 were $68.7 million, which is 2.8% less than the previous quarter, when $70.7 million was wagered.

Charitable Gaming Fiscal Year (FY) Activity
July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2015

FY 2014-2015 Dollars Wagered. Total dollars wagered on charitable gaming activities for FY 2014-2015 were $270.4 million which is 5.3% more than in FY 2013-2014 when $256.9 million was wagered.

FY 2014-2015 License and Registration Fees. License and registration fees collected from charitable gaming activities in FY 2014-2015 were $175,700 compared to $320,000 collected in FY 2013-2014. The decrease is attributable to county, city, village, and lottery operator biennial license renewals for keno, which were collected during FY 2013-2014.
