Charitable Gaming Activity
April – June 2016

Dollars Wagered: The Nebraska Department of Revenue, Lottery and Charitable Gaming Division reported today that total dollars wagered on charitable gaming activities for April through June 2016 were $71.0 million, which is 6.21% less than the previous quarter, when $75.7 million was wagered.

FY 2015-2016 Dollars Wagered: Total dollars wagered on charitable gaming activities for FY 2015‑2016 were $283.9 million which is 4.99% more than in FY 2014-2015 when $270.4 million was wagered.

FY 2015-2016 License and Registration Fees: License and registration fees collected from charitable gaming activities in FY 2015-2016 were $289,700 compared to $175,700, collected in FY 2014-2015. The increase is attributable to county, city, village, and lottery operator biennial license renewals for keno, which were collected during the 2015-2016 fiscal year.
